Thank you for choosing CertMart CareerLaunch Pad to post job opportunities. By using our platform to connect with skilled talents, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Only verified employers or organisations offering legitimate job or internship opportunities may post on CertMart CareerLaunch Pad.
  2. Accurate Information: All job postings must contain clear, honest, and up-to-date information.
  3. Genuine Opportunities: Roles listed must be real employment or internship opportunities intended to engage trained talent.
  4. Professional Conduct: All communication with candidates must remain respectful, timely, and professional.
  5. Equal Opportunity: Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or other protected categories is strictly prohibited.
  6. Legal Compliance: Employers must comply with all applicable labour laws and hiring regulations.
  7. Contact Limitations: Employers may contact a maximum of four (4) Talents per day and may not message the same individual more than twice on the platform.
  8. Competence Evaluation: Employers are solely responsible for evaluating a candidate’s suitability. CertMart does not assume responsibility for mismatches due to incomplete vetting by employers.
  9. Email Best Practice: To increase response rates, employers are advised to use a contact email that matches the domain of their registered company.
  10. Anti-Spam Policy: Spamming candidates is not allowed. Ethical recruitment and communication practices must be upheld.

CertMart CareerLaunch Pad reserves the right to suspend or remove any user or employer account that violates these terms without prior notice.
