Please read these enhanced terms and conditions carefully before registering your study center with our platform. By registering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

1. Registration:

   By registering your study center with our platform, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your center, including contact details.

2. Verification:

   We may require verification of your center's identity, such as through a National Identification Number (NIN) or relevant Business registration certificates to ensure credibility.

3. Availability:

   Study centers are required to be open at least Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm for students and instructors. Weekend open days, Saturday and Sunday, are optional. Adequate notice should be given for any closure or change in schedule.

4. Payment:

   You acknowledge that you will receive compensation for your services as a study center, based on the terms agreed upon with Certmart. Payment will be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the agreement [Visit the download page on your dashboard to print the authorized Training Hub / Center payment agreement.].

5. Responsibilities of the Training Hub / Center:
   • Provide a conducive environment for learning, including necessary learning facilities as specified by CertMart.
   • Ensure all training sessions are conducted professionally and meet the curriculum standards set by CertMart.
   • Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance of learners.
   • Report any issues or concerns to CertMart in a timely manner.
   • Comply with all relevant local regulations and standards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights:
   • All course content and materials provided by CertMart remain the intellectual property of CertMart.
   • Both parties agree to respect each other's intellectual property rights and not to use any proprietary information without consent.

7. Termination:

   We reserve the right to terminate your study center account at any time if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any conduct that we deem to be harmful to our platform or the students. In the event of termination, compensation for successfully completed classes will be paid to the study center. However, no further compensation will be provided beyond that, and your center will be removed from our platform.

8. Class Cancellation:

   If a class is canceled due to the study center missing one-quarter of the class sessions or for professional misconduct stated above, the student will be reassigned to another study center. The study center will not be paid for the canceled classes.

9. Payment for Canceled Classes:

   If a class is canceled and the study center is not responsible for the cancellation (e.g., due to Student or Trainers absence for one-quarter of the class sessions), the study center will receive a payment percentage of the classes conducted. If the study center is responsible, the student will be reassigned to another study center, and no compensation will be provided.

10. Suspension:

    If a study center closes for one-quarter of the agreed dates without valid reasons, their class will be canceled with a warning and the student reassigned. If the study center closes its office for one quarter of the class open days the second time, the class will be canceled, the student reassigned, and the study center's account suspended for a period. If the study center closes for one quarter of the class the third time, the class will be canceled, the student reassigned, and the study center's account will be terminated.

11. Student Support:

    As a registered study center, you agree to provide support to students enrolled in courses through the platform. This includes ensuring access to power supply and backup, computer facility, as well as addressing any concerns or complaints from students promptly.

12. Modification of Terms:

    We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through the portal, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Liability Limitation:

    Our platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform or any services provided therein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our platform, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these terms and conditions.

15. Conflict Resolution:

    You agree that any conflict that may arise from the performance or lack of performance of these terms and conditions will first be settled by arbitration (ARD) before being subject to the jurisdiction of any court.

16. Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
